EU RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT WRITER
Energy ROE is actively seeking for a professional with experience in drafting, managing, and submitting proposals for European projects, particularly within the framework of Horizon Europe, with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability. This role is key to driving our organization's participation in innovative and collaborative initiatives that promote the energy transition.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:

Identify European funding opportunities related to renewable energy (Horizon Europe, LIFE, CEF, among others).

Draft project proposals, including technical descriptions, work plans, budgets, and impact strategies.

Coordinate with national and international partners to develop collaborative proposals. Analyze calls for proposals and adapt projects to meet the specific requirements of EU programs.

Ensure the quality and consistency of submitted documents, meeting established deadlines.

Stay updated on trends in renewable energy policies and technologies in Europe.
Requirements:

Education: University degree in engineering, environmental sciences, energy, international relations, or related fields. A master’s degree in renewable energy or project management is highly valued.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in drafting proposals for European projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Knowledge of Horizon Europe programs and other EU funding initiatives.

Excellent writing and synthesis skills in English (C1 level or higher). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with partners from diverse countries and sectors.

Experience with project management and budgeting tools.
