IKAT Project

The IKAT project (www.ikatproject.com) presented at the Joint Cluster Initiatives, in the Ecosystem Strands Tourism aims to contribute to the achievement of the updated tourism strategy put forward by the EC, following the conclusions reached by the Parliament and the Council pre-post pandemic for the European tourism industrial ecosystem, especially maritime and coastal in the Med and Black Sea area. 

 

ROE has received business acceleration services from the company IVEAEMPA (www.iveaempa.org) .

The ACCELERATION service consisted of an intensive support program aimed at startups, with a focus on the development and marketing of innovative products and services for the market. The TRAINING service focused on the development of key business skills, with an emphasis on marketing, budgeting, adaptability, and innovation.

 

• The ACCELERATION program included a series of educational activities, counseling, and personalized support designed to accelerate ROE's growth. Throughout the program, ROE received guidance on business strategy, product development, marketing, and other key aspects of the business.

• The TRAINING program included modules aimed at enhancing ROE's business skills and capabilities, as well as strengthening management in the tourism context. Critical areas such as environmental sustainability and digital skills, which are essential in today's tourism environment, were addressed. These tailor-made training programs were adapted to assist ROE in effectively implementing improvements made through IVEAEMPA's services.
