Iolanda Piedra
Yolanda Piedra holds a degree in Economics and Business from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where she also pursued doctoral studies in Regional, Urban, and Metropolitan Studies. As an entrepreneur and Business Angel, she is connected to the networks of ESADE, IESE, and WA4STEAM (Women Angel). At the institutional level, she currently holds the position of Honorary President of the Federation of Maritime Entrepreneurs, a member of the Management Committee of the Port of Barcelona, president of the Maritime Cluster of the Balearic Islands, and recently appointed president of the Maritime Cluster of Catalonia. Over the past three years, she served as the President of the Women and Business Commission and a member of the Executive Committee of Pimec. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of advisor to the President for European Projects and Blue Economy at the Pimec Foundation.

Marta Huidobro Barbero
Mrs. Huidobro, with training from IESE Business School, stands out in the business and financial field, and is also influential in entrepreneurship. Her expertise spans financial management, business evaluation, and project management. As a Business Angel, she invests in startups and chairs Women Angels for STEAM, promoting gender equality in STEAM. She also leads the investment group WA4STEAM and participates in Club Impact Angels, PINAMA17, and CUPIDO CAPITAL. With a focus on sustainability, she holds a Master's in Competitive Social Transformation and is internationally accredited in Board of Directors and Good Governance.

Her commitment to social innovation and sustainability is reflected in her involvement in projects that seek to positively impact society and the environment.

José Maria Fernández Ameneiro
After completing studies in law and journalism at UNED and the Complutense University of Madrid, Mr. Fernandez entered the workforce in various news media outlets, eventually transitioning into the field of communication as an advisor to various financial firms and industrial groups until he founded I+C in 1989. He is an investor in other areas such as BPO and KPO, as well as in the field of telemedicine.
Currently, he serves as the CEO of Imagen y Comunicación and holds executive positions in three companies in the provinces of Palma de Mallorca, Seville, and Madrid. He is the sole administrator of AMENEIRO INTEGRAL DE COMUNICACION SL. He conducts his business in Madrid within the sector of providing services in the business area of communication, image, advertising, public relations, and comprehensive communication, promotion, and organization of human resources.

Regina Llopis Rivas
Mrs. Llopis, graduated with high honors in Mathematics from the University of Maryland and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. She stands out as the founder and president of Group AIA. Her leadership has driven the development of Artificial Intelligence and algorithms, particularly excelling in early detection of money laundering in financial transactions. Additionally, as the Honorary President of WA4STEAM, she demonstrates her commitment to empowering women in STEM. She is also a member of the Development Board of the Department of Physics at the University of Oxford, a member of the IWF, and a mentor at EICC.
Mrs. Llopis has been recognized for her outstanding work at the intersection of technology and finance, frequently speaking at international conferences. Her active involvement in the IWF and as a mentor at EICC reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering inclusion and diversity in the business and technology sectors.

Luis Guerrero Gómez
Mr. Guerrero obtained his degree in Naval Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and later completed his Ph.D. in Naval Engineering at the same institution. His professional career began in 1985 as an Inspector of military naval constructions in the Spanish Navy. In 1987, he joined Bureau Veritas in Cartagena, marking the beginning of his journey in the industry.

Mr. Guerrero has accumulated extensive experience working at various Bureau Veritas locations, including Gijón (1988), Barcelona (1990), Zaragoza (1992), and Bilbao (1995). Since the year 2000, he has been the Director of the Naval Division at Bureau Veritas Spain and Portugal, as well as the Director of the Master's in Ship Inspection, New Constructions, and Ships in Service. Mr. Guerrero has played an active role as an ISO 9001 and QS 9000 Auditor. He also obtained certification as a Quality Engineer from the American Association for Quality.

Ramon Perpinyà Font
Mr. Pepinyà, a Telecommunications Engineer graduated from the Technical School of Telecommunications Engineers at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona, has held prominent roles in the fields of engineering and public service. He has worked as a senior engineer on both national and international projects, contributing his expertise to renowned companies such as SAMPOL, Telefónica-Movistar Group, and DISEL. In addition to his private sector career, Mr. Pepinyà has dedicated his knowledge to the educational field as a secondary school teacher on leave. In the public sphere, he has held significant leadership roles, serving as President of EMAYA until August 2023, where he led initiatives related to municipal sustainability services. He also served as Secretary of Strategic Projects for the Presidency of the Balearic Government, actively participating in the planning and execution of key projects.
